Laura Stuart

Laura B. Stuart is an accomplished attorney who began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable G. Donald Haneke in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Following her clerkship, she spent several years as an associate at a prominent New York City law firm, where she gained extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, securities law, and white-collar criminal defense. This background in high-stakes litigation provided her with a rigorous foundation in legal strategy and advocacy.

Driven by a desire to work more closely with individuals, Laura transitioned her practice to focus on employment law. She finds particular fulfillment in navigating the personal and professional challenges her clients face, bringing a sophisticated litigation pedigree to the service of individual employees. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review, Laura is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as several federal district courts.
