Denise Rubin Glatter, Esq.

Ms. Glatter has extensive experience working with employees and employers in both advisory and litigation roles.
In an advisory capacity, Ms. Glatter counsels individual employees and employers on topics ranging from severance negotiations to wage and hour issues to preparation of employment policies and handbooks. As a litigator, Ms. Glatter successfully worked on behalf of employees and employers in individual discrimination matters, compensation issues, and employment contract disputes. The scope of these representations ranged from negotiations to mediations to litigations, and completion of multimillion dollar settlements.
At the outset of her career, she worked at large law firms, such as Greenberg Traurig in New York and Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Philadelphia, before practicing for many years at a small firm in New York focused on representing employees.

Laura began her legal career serving as a law clerk in federal court in the District of New Jersey. After her judicial clerkship, Laura was an associate for a number of years at a large New York City law firm where she focused mainly on commercial litigation, including securities law and white collar criminal defense. After transitioning to a smaller firm, she began to concentrate her practice on employment law, as she found working for individual clients particularly fulfilling.

While in law school, David was a Legal Intern for Community Development at the Milton Kramer Legal Clinic, a judicial extern for the Honorable William T. Thurman, a Moot Court finalist, and an Honors Writing Fellow.
