How We Bill
FREE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION
FLAT FEE WORK
We offer many flat fee arrangements. These are determined on a case-by-case basis.
CONTINGENCY WORK
Most of our Plaintiff/Employee work is contingency. Under this arrangement, our firm only collects payment if we recover for the client. Our fees range from 25% to 40% depending on the nature of representation.
HOURLY BILLING
We do these for defense cases and where it makes sense for a Plaintiff/Employee. We offer very competitive rates and can customize our rates to meet the client's needs.
