Ms. Glatter has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in a broad range of employment matters, providing counsel in both advisory and litigation contexts.
In her advisory practice, Ms. Glatter counsels individual employees and employers on issues such as severance negotiations, wage and hour compliance, and the development of employment policies and handbooks. As a litigator, she has successfully represented clients in matters involving workplace discrimination, compensation disputes, and employment contract claims. Her work has encompassed all phases of dispute resolution — from negotiation and mediation to litigation — and includes the successful resolution of multimillion-dollar settlements.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Glatter practiced at prominent national law firms, including Greenberg Traurig in New York and Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Philadelphia, before joining a boutique New York firm specializing in the representation of employees.
